What is a reading group? What are the ways to start one and create the right harmony among participants? What are the right tools to encourage both adults and children to join? How is the book to be read chosen?
The course will focus on the analysis and development of reading groups (at school, in libraries, in bookstores, in public and private places, online) and will provide the knowledge and tools to establish effective groups.
Lesson 1.
What is a reading group; the role of the facilitator; the role of the reader (who they are and who defines them as such); characteristics and needs for creating a group based on age, social, environmental, and linguistic contexts; the choice of the book. Provision of valid support for starting ideas in numerous contexts (school, library, private...); assignment of exercises to be completed and shared in the final meeting.
Lesson 2. Communicating in a reading group; modes of interpersonal communication (axioms; symmetry and asymmetry in organizational structures; active listening); providing and receiving feedback to avoid conflicts related to differing opinions; fundamentals of non-violent communication to conduct meetings that take into account different opinions, positions, roles.
Lesson 3. Assignment feedback: participants will share the exercises completed during the study hours and receive feedback.
MATERIAL PROVIDED: bibliography of themed reading proposals.

**In the absence of information regarding the payment made, the reservation will not be considered valid.
If the course is not activated due to not reaching the minimum number of participants, a new date will be proposed or the amount will be refunded. Alternatively, the amount paid can be used for the purchase of books and/or other courses and webinars on the site.
If the participant has paid their fee but cannot attend, the amount cannot be refunded. The registrant can choose to spend their amount in one of the following ways:
purchase of another webinar or training course;
voucher redeemable within 18 months for books and courses on e-commerce.
